Role
Behavior Technician (BHT)
Provide direct 1:1 behavioral health support in home, school, and community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision. A meaningful entry point into the field with room to grow.
Role
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Provide 1:1 support in home and community settings under the clinical supervision of a BCBA or LBS. A great opportunity to make a positive impact and grow in the field.

Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)
Deliver case-level clinical leadership under BCBA supervision, conducting assessments and FBAs, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising BHTs and RBTs. Partner closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based services.
Role
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Serve as the primary clinical authority for your caseload, designing and overseeing individualized, evidence-based ABA programs, conducting assessments and FBAs, and supervising BHTs and RBTs. Partner with families and coordinate care with external providers.
Role
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Evaluate and treat speech, language, and communication needs, developing individualized therapy plans and collaborating with families and our clinical team. ASHA CCC-SLP and applicable state licensure required.
Role
Counselor / Clinical Social Worker (LPC / LCSW)
Provide individual, family, and group counseling grounded in evidence-based practice, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supporting clients' mental health and wellbeing. LPC or LCSW licensure; license-eligible clinicians welcome.
